Nigerian-born Kiki Iriafen led the Washington Mystics to a hard-fought 88-84 victory over the Indiana Fever in a WNBA clash at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Iriafen, a 6-3 forward was drafted fourth overall in the 2025 WNBA Draft.
Iriafen makes WNBA history
The former USC star recorded 18 points, 12 rebounds, and 1 block in the victory for the Mystics.

She played an important role as the Mystics trailing early but mounted a comeback in the fourth quarter.
Her shooting efficiency was impressive, going 6-8 from the field, 1-1 from beyond the arc, and 5-6 from the free-throw line.
She made her first career three-pointer as she continues to expand her game.

Iriafen who was born in the United States has quickly adapted to the professional level following her time at in college at Stanford and USC.
