Lamine Yamal is the World's most valuable footballer (See the Top 20)
The club football season has concluded for most teams, with the exception of those participating in the Club World Cup or those whose leagues follow a calendar year schedule.
This downtime provided the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES) the perfect opportunity to conduct a new study, informing football fans which players currently hold the highest transfer values.
Barcelona's young talent, Lamine Yamal, tops the list with a staggering estimated transfer value of €402.3 million.
Trailing significantly behind the Spaniard is Manchester City striker Erling Haaland, valued at €239.6 million.
Only one other player surpasses the €200 million mark: Real Madrid's Jude Bellingham, with a valuation of €233.8 million.
The remaining 17 players on the list fall within the €100-200 million range, led by another Real Madrid star, Kylian Mbappé, at €192.5 million.
Rounding out the top five is Bayern Munich's attacking midfielder Jamal Musiala, estimated by CIES to be worth €154.8 million.
