Bayern Munich have reportedly upped their efforts and submitted another offer to Liverpool star Luis Diaz after missing out on Florian Wirtz.
Bayern Munich were looking to sign Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen, but Liverpool had the upper hand, and the Bavarians might be seemingly looking for revenge by snatching Luis Diaz.
Bayern Munich Submit €52 million For Luis Diaz
According to German newspaper Bild, the bid is €52 million, roughly €30 million less than the €80 million Liverpool are reportedly willing to accept for the Colombian winger.

The German outlet has also insisted that Luis Diaz has an agreement with Bayern and is ready to move to the Allianz Arena. Luis Diaz additionally hinted at being open to an 'exciting offer,' though it could simply be a move to strengthen his position in contract talks at Anfield.
Luis Diaz has two years remaining on his Liverpool contract and maintains he is happy at Anfield and is currently in negotiations with the club for a new deal. Reports surfaced days ago of an initial rejected approach, but the German giants are persistent.
The Colombian had an excellent season for Liverpool, scoring 17 goals and providing 8 assists in 50 appearances across all competitions. In the Premier League, he was instrumental at the Reds claim the English Premier League title.
Liverpool finished top of the table with 84 points, having secured 25 wins out of the 38 matches played. They lost four matches and drew in nine.
The newspaper further reports that following the tragic death of Diogo Jota on July 3, Bayern Munich respectfully waited to initiate any transfer discussions but remained in contact with Luis Diaz's agent. Before leaving Colombia to join the team for preseason, the forward hinted at a potential departure.
Last week, Luis Diaz faced controversy for attending a party on the day of Diogo Jota's funeral. He was in Gondomar, along with goalkeeper Alisson, who was also unable to attend the funeral, for Jota's seventh-day memorial mass.
