Manchester City forward Erling Haaland playfully warned Pep Guardiola that he risked angering Fantasy Premier League players after the Spaniard substituted his star striker, who was on a hat-trick.

Haaland scored twice before he was replaced in the 81st minute against Bournemouth. His brace helped them beat the Cherries 3-1, continuing his incredible scoring run this season.

Manchester City lost their last league game, a 1-0 defeat to Aston Villa; hence, after the game, Haaland expressed his delight at their victory. "Important win. It is good to bounce back after losing a bad away game. It was nice, he said, per Sky Sports. “I tried to contribute for the team by doing my job. It is good to win. 

“Now two more important games to come, so keep focusing. I didn't score last game. I try to help the team to win. That is my goal, and even by scoring or helping in winning duels it doesn't matter. I want to help the team become better; that is my job."

Haaland has scored 13 goals in 10 league matches this season. His brace against Bournemouth helped his owners on FPL to a sizable 13 points.
