Man City Vs Inter Milan: Former Ajax goalkeeper insists all the pressure is on the Citizens
The Cameroonian goalkeeper has been integral in Inter's run to the final having helped them overcome their rivals AC Milan in the semi-final.
Onana has kept eight clean sheets in 12 matches in Europe this season and he is on course for the best goalkeeper of the tournament.
Onana believes that City’s treble chase will put a lot of pressure on them and that Inter have nothing to lose.
No pressure on Inter says Onana
Onana has tried to take the pressure off his team by saying Man City are the team to feel the pressure.
Speaking before the final as reported by the BBC, Onana said, "We have nothing to lose. They have more pressure than us.
"We have to prepare well - we don't have to stress - we have to go easy because we play against a very tough opponent."
Inter Milan finished third in Serie A this season and will be faced with a challenging job against Manchester City on Saturday.
Onana happy ahead of the final
The 27-year-old has said that he feels good and happy as he looks forward to the Champions League final.
He continued by saying, "I'm feeling very good. I am so calm and so happy. It's a special game for us. The Champions League final may come along only once in life."
This will be Onana’s first Champions League final in his career. He has only reached the semi-final with Ajax.
Inter will face Manchester City in the final of the UEFA Champions League on Saturday night as they seek their second trophy of the season.
