The Portugal international starred in the Cityzens treble-winning campaign; however, in the last few transfer windows, he has been repeatedly linked with a move away.

When asked about his future recently, he left it up in the air, saying he did not know if he would be continuing with the Premier League champions.

According to Foot Mercato, the Ligue 1 champions are already in negotiations with the Champions League winners for the Portuguese.

They are said to have tabled a proposal in which they offered Marco Verratti and Gianluigi Donnarumma in return for the former Monaco man, but were rejected.

The report also suggests that the player would be eager to make the move to Paris. It remains to be seen if PSG will reach an agreement with Manchester City, as the Premier League champions seem unwilling to budge on their monetary demands.
