Manchester United have been fined £65,000 for their players surrounding referee Chris Kavanagh during their FA Cup clash with Fulham.
The United players surrounded the official as they demanded a penalty after Jadon Sancho’s shot had been handled by Willian.

Fulham had taken the lead in the fifth minute when Aleksandar Mitrovic scored to set up a tense encounter.
Although no United player was punished at that time, the Red Devils were later charged for the manner in which they asked Kavanagh to award a penalty.
After the hearing, the FA has now fined the club for failing to control their players during the melee.
"Manchester United FC has been fined £65,000 after its players surrounded a match official during the 71st minute of their tie against Fulham FC in the FA Cup on Sunday, March 19, 2023," the FA statement read on Thursday.
"The club admitted that it failed to ensure its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and did not behave in a way which is improper.
"Manchester United FC's fine was imposed by an independent Regulatory Commission following a subsequent hearing."
Mitrovic has already been given a lengthy ban, and the forward will be out for eight matches following his involvement in the chaos.
Fulham boss Marco Silva – who was shown a red during the match – was banned from the touchline for two games.
From a goal down, United recovered to win the game with a 3-1 margin and set a semi-final date against Brighton at Wembley.
Manchester United are unbeaten in their last 23 games at Old Trafford.
