Moving forward Larsson hit the game-winning basket with 16 points while Cole Swider added 19 points.
The target score was 120, thus whichever team reached it first would win. The Heat and Grizzlies were deadlocked at 113 going into overtime.
After Christopher made a 3-pointer to put Miami ahead 118-115, forward Jake LaRavia of Memphis responded with a 3-pointer of his own on the next play.
The Heat won the game when Larsson, their second-round selection this year, drove to the hoop and hit a runner.
For the Grizzlies, LaRavia scored a game-high 32 points, and guard Scotty Pippen Jr. contributed 29 points and 11 assists. GG Jackson II, a forward, ended with nine rebounds and 28 points.
Pippen Jr., Jackson, and Ware were all chosen to the All-Summer League first team.
