Monaco set to sign Barcelona super star

Barcelona winger Ansu Fati is nearing a move to Monaco. According to Mundo Deportivo, the forward will continue his career in France, despite interest from Chelsea.

Fati barely featured under manager Hansi Flick last season, making just 11 appearances across all competitions without scoring a goal.

The forward's contract with Barcelona runs until 2027, as he has received offers from five clubs in January but opted to stay and fight for his place.

Monaco will take Fati on loan with an option to buy. The agreement will also include a buy-back clause, allowing Barcelona to reclaim the 22-year-old for a set fee.
