Nigeria vs Angola: Ademola Lookman and Moses Simon deliver again as the Super Eagles seal a semi-final berth

Calvin Bassey gave a solid performance for the Super Eagles and had a good link-up with Peseiro’s three-man defence.

Zaidu Sanusi had a better game than he had against Cameroon. His linkup play with Moses Simon led to the Super Eagles first goal of the game.

Frank Onyeka was a rock for the Super Eagles, making interceptions and breaking passes while protecting the team's three-man defence.

Alex Iwobi had an better performance and had more presence in the Super Eagles attack made some important pass during the game.

Ademola Lookman had an excellent game against Angola. His presence in the box was a problem for the opponent and scored the first goal for Nigeria.

Moses Simon did an excellent job on the wing and made an excellent run and a perfect pass that led to the goal.

Victor Osimhen was a menace to the Angola defence but his lack of converting his chances has been a major problem for striker.
