Nigeria vs Ivory Coast: Super Eagles legend Kanu Nwankwo claims that countries are scared to face Peseiro’s team

Nigeria are set to face Ivory Coast in the final of the 2023 AFCON as they seek their fourth African Cup of Nations trophy.

The team has made a remarkable feat in the tournament conceding only two goals and keeping four clean sheets.

Kanu Nwankwo, who did not win an AFCON trophy during his playing days has hailed the current talent in the Super Eagles team.

He made mention of other countries being sacred to face Nigeria because of the way they play football.

The Arsenal Legend recently spoke about the National team at the CAF press conference ahead of the final against Ivory Coast.

Kanu said as reported by Brilla, “Every Other Country is scared of us because of our Talent and the way we play our football” 

Meanwhile, Arsenal and Ivory Coast legend Emmanuel Eboue has warned the Ivorian defenders to prepare themselves for Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen.

Eboue compared Chelsea and Ivory Coast great Didier Drogba to Super Eagles number nine, saying they have a similar style.
