Nigerian stars Peter Olayinka and Igoh Ogbu are in cloud nine after their club Slavia Prague emerged cup champions at the Epet Arena on Wednesday.
Olayinka and Ogbu were spotted as the more illustrious Slavia claimed the necessary bragging rights following a routine 2-0 win in the MOL Cup.
The goals were scored in the space of five second half minutes from David Doudera and Filip Panak, who scored an own goal.
Ogbu shines, Olayinka missing
In what was an encounter between two in-form teams, fireworks were expected in the game at the Epet.
Sparta dominated on the ball while Slavia created the most and best chances and the most important one, scored the goals that decided the tie.
Of the Nigerian duo at Praha, it was Ogbu who was in action as he played from start to finish helping his side not just to the win but also a deserved clean sheet.
The 23-year-old looked solid at the back with his compatriot at the club, Olayinka, missing the final due to a thigh injury.
