NPFL champions Enyimba have completed the signing of highly-rated teenager Daniel Daga, beating off strong competition for his signature.

Enyimba have signed 16-year-old teenage sensation Daniel Daga on a season-long loan.

The young midfielder was outstanding for the Flying Eagles at the U-20 World Cup and completed his move from Nigeria National League outfit FC One Rocket.

Enyimba FC and Wydad Casablanca will go head-to-head next month in the AFL.

Daga's performances for the Flying Eagles attracted serious interest from some of Europe's best clubs, including the likes of Liverpool, AC Milan, Anderlecht, Club Brugge, and Danish side Midtjylland.

The teenager is expected to add competition to Finidi George's Enyimba midfield as the games come thick and fast.
