Nigerians envy Chukwueze and Okafor AC Milan jackets: Reactions as stars storm Dortmund in style

Nigerian footballers are once again going viral on social media for their style.

The latest Nigerian footballers to dominate social media with their style are AC Milan forwards Samuel Chukwueze and Noah Okafor.

Chukwueze and Okafor are trending due to their activities off the pitch.

Super Eagles forward Chukwueze and Okafor born to Nigerian parents have been close since they both moved to Italian Serie A giants AC Milan this off-season.

Okafor who plays for Switzerland suffered criticism for holding a Nigerian flag celebrating a trophy last season.

It was expected he represented Switzerland the country he plays for but he opted to show off Nigeria.

Chukwueze, on the other hand, stated that his Super Eagles teammate Victor Osimhen convinced him of a move to AC Milan.

AC Milan are set for their second Champion League group game of the season.

The Italian side traveled to Germany in style to face Borussia Dortmund.

Photos of their departure and arrival at Signal Iduna Park have now gone viral on social media.

Okafor and Chuwkueze were not the only players of Nigerian descent to rock the AC Milan varsity jerseys.

England defender of Nigerian descent, Oluwafikayomi Oluwadamilola "Fikayo" Tomori also showed off the AC Milan varsity jerseys.

Nigerians' attention were captivated by how Okafor and Chukwueze rocked the varsity jackets in style.

The reactions were mixed as some fans complimented their style with the jackets.

Some others were however envious of the varsity jackets in jest and inquisitive of where they could get them in the country or shipped from overseas.

After a 0-0 draw in their opening group game at San Siro against Premier League outfit Newcastle United, Okafor, and Chukwueze will aim to play a big part for AC Milan as they target a win against Borussia Dortmund.
