OFFICIAL: Thomas Tuchel to leave Bayern Munich this summer after underwhelming spell
The pressure on Tuchel intensified after Sunday's 3-2 loss at Bochum, leaving his side eight points behind Alonso's Bundesliga leaders Bayer Leverkusen.
This defeat also marked Bayern's third consecutive loss, following a 1-0 defeat at Lazio in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie last week.

After several days of deliberation, the Bavarians have now officially confirmed that the ex-Chelsea boss will leave the club at the end of the current campaign.
Facing the prospect of a first trophyless season in 12 years, Bayern's initial plan was to complete the campaign with Tuchel and evaluate the situation. However, they announced on Wednesday that the former Chelsea boss would be leaving the club.
