Osimhen: Chelsea star waiting patiently as Super Eagles striker moves closer to PSG
The Osimhen transfer saga looks to be coming to an end with the latest reports indicating PSG are advancing in talks to sign the Nigerian striker.
The 25-year-old has been tipped for a move away from Napoli all summer with several clubs including Chelsea, Arsenal, and even Saudi Pro League sides interested.
Up to this point, the issue had been the reported 120 million euros release clause inserted into his contract when he signed an extension last year.
Osimhen to PSG, Lukaku to Napoli?
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, PSG are looking for ways around this figure and are keen to replace Kylian Mbappe with the Super Eagles striker.
One player who stands to benefit from Osimhen's departure is Chelsea outcast Romelu Lukaku

Romano reports that Napoli will make a move for Lukaku as soon as the sale of Osimhen is completed.
Antonio Conte is a big admirer of Lukaku, having won the Scudetto with the Belgian while at Inter, and the player is also keen on the reunion.
Lukaku is surplus to requirements at Chelsea and after spending the last two seasons on loan at Inter and AS Roma, both parties feel it is time to move on.
