Terem Moffi continues to fight his way back into the Super Eagles team with impressive showings for Nice; this time, the Nigerian striker scored twice and registered an assist to power Les Aiglons past Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain.
Luis Enrique's side played host in tonight’s game at the Parc des Princes, and with things seemingly begging to click, they were expected to get a positive result against their visitors. However, Moffi had something to say about it, handing Francesco Farioli his second win of the season.
How it happened
The hosts started purposefully and were close to an opener when Kylian Mbappe threaded Ousmane Dembele through on goal, but the former Barcelona man skied his effort.
Slightly against the run of play, the visitors took the lead—exploiting shoddy defending by the Parisien backline—and Moffi scored the first of his brace.

Mbappe replied for Enrique’s men, connecting with an Achraf Hakimi cutback to beat Marcin Bulka in goal in the 29th minute. Dembele had a chance to put PSG ahead for the first time in the game, but, for the second time in the game, he finished poorly.
Francesco’s boys came out for the second-half firing on all cylinders, and after only eight minutes of resumption, they restored their lead. Moffi floored Danilo on the left flank before crossing to the back post for a grateful Gaetan Laborde, who squeezed the ball into the net.
The French forward returned the favour in the 68th minute of the game, setting up Moffi to double Nice’s advantage.

Kylian Mbappe halved it in the 87th minute, attempting to inspire a comeback, but the visitors held on as Luis Enrique suffered his first league defeat as a PSG manager.
