Rangers got to business early on in the match when fullback, Chidera Ezeh, opened the scoring in the seventh minute with an excellent free kick.

A mazy solo goal by Innocent Gabriel doubled the lead for the Flying Antelopes eight minutes later as Abdul Maikaba looked to run away with the title early on to deliver on the promise made to Rangers fans.

Ingas would not go down without a fight and looked to have made it a real final when they pulled one goal back just before the half-hour mark.

Okorie Chiedozie lived up to his name when he stepped up to drill home the second free kick goal of the game to bring scores to 2-1 at the break.

The second half

In the second half, it was all Rangers as the Flying Antelopes came back from the break with venom led by that man Obaje.

Chidiebere Nwobodo was the first to add to the score line when he restored Rangers’ two-goal cushion in the 57th minute.
