Real Madrid target Inter Milan midfielder Nicolo Barella

Barella who joined Inter Milan in 2020 has been one of the outstanding players for Inter this season. He has made 178 appearances and scored 19 goals with a total of 43 assists for Inter Milan.

The Midfielder has caught the eye of Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti who is looking for a replacement for the likes of Luka Modric and Toni Kroos. 

Recent reports claim that Ancelotti wants Barella and that the Inter Milan player is being considered at the moment and could end up at the Bernabeu next season.

Barella’s performance has been noticed after helping his team Inter Milan to the semi-final of the Champions League where they will face rivals AC Milan.

With Madrid looking to replace Kroos and Modric, both players have given their all for the club as they approach the ends of their careers. The European giants are already making moves to sort of that department for the future.

Real Madrid looks like a team that has their midfield sorted out with the likes of Eduardo Camavinga, Aurelien Tchouameni and Federico Valverde who are showing their talents at the club.

However, it is clear that the club wants to keep adding the best-talented players to their ranks in order to make the club the strongest team in Europe.

For the Spanish team, the 26-year-old would be a good choice for them. The player from Inter Milan is a pure centre midfielder with excellent ball skills and is rumoured to cost around €60 million.
