Report: Boost for Arsenal, Chelsea and PSG as Napoli place ₦162b tag on Osimhen

Osimhen has been the subject of transfer speculation for the past few months with top clubs in Europe looking to sign him.

Victor Osimhen signed a new contract extension with Napoli last season that will keep him at the club until 2026.

However, the 2023 African Best Player is eager to leave Napoli this summer and eyes a move to England or France.

According to reports, Napoli have placed a new price tag on Super Eagles star Osimhen after European clubs found it hard to meet his release clause.

Transfer Sector on X reported that “Napoli are now willing to consider offers of about €100 million for Victor Osimhen and that is much lower than his release clause.”

The 2023 Serie A winners have dropped their valuation for the African Best Player to €100 million, which is (₦162 billion) in Nigeria currency.

The news will come as a relive to the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and PSG who are all in the race to sign him.

Osimhen is currently on a summer vacation in Nigeria and he is yet to make any official statement about his future or his next destination.
