The 25-year-old only joined Chelsea permanently in the summer; however, he has struggled to break into the first team, doing his best work in the Conference League.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the Rossoneri paid a loan fee in the region of €5 million to Chelsea. Also, Milan are expected to cover all of his wages, reported to be around £130,000 by Capology.
