Rose May Alaba: Sister of Real Madrid player shoots music video in Lagos

The 29-year-old Rose May is trending following her arrival from Austria to Lagos, Nigeria.

Rose Alaba went viral following a video that surfaced of her dancing in the rain.

Along with the video was a message that said, "Rose May, Mandilas Lagos Island."

Austrian singer Rose May Alaba is among the most well-known and wealthy artists there. 

Alaba was born in Vienna, Austria, to a Nigerian father and a Filipino mother. 

David Alaba, a professional football player for Austria, is her brother. 

The stage name "Inferno" was used by her father, George, a recording artist and DJ.

Before moving to Austria in 1984, he worked for a record label in Lagos, Nigeria.

Rose May Alaba's visit to Nigeria comes after her brother made efforts to stay in touch with his roots.

Alaba is the captain of the Austrian football team, but he was born to a Nigerian father.

He has expressed interest in reconnecting with his Nigerian roots through several efforts in development.

Alaba gifted President Tinubu a Real Madrid jersey and posed for pictures with the Nigerian entourage in France.

A state-of-the-art biodegradable toilet facility was presented by David Alaba's charity last year to the Ogere Remo community in Ogun State. 

In addition to showing support for the federal government's effort to eradicate open defecation throughout Nigeria, Alaba also made a gesture in Ogere, the location of his roots. 

According to rumors, he intends to construct a football training facility in Nigeria.
