Samuel Eto’o was MINE — Nigerian kanyamata queen Jaruma reveals she dated Africa’s richest footballer
Nigerian socialite and self-acclaimed kanyamata mogul Jaruma has stunned fans after sensationally claiming she once dated Cameroonian football icon Samuel Eto’o.
Jaruma also hinted at a secret relationship with a powerful Nigerian politician.
What’s the gossip?
Jaruma, known for flaunting her wealth and opulence on Instagram, also addressed how she was able to maintain such a lavish lifestyle before her kanyamata empire took off.
According to her, the answer lies entirely in her past relationships:
“Before I even started selling kanyamata, I was already living large. People kept asking how I could afford such an expensive lifestyle. The honest truth is, it was only these two men I dated in my whole life.”

Jaruma said she studied in Istanbul, Turkey, and later lived in Dubai.
The controversial entrepreneur, whose real name is Hauwa Mohammed, made the shocking confession in a viral video.
Speaking directly to camera, she declared:
“I have only dated two men in my life, Samuel Eto’o, the international footballer, and a vice president.
“That vice president’s name cannot be mentioned because, if you do, they can wipe out your whole image from the face of the earth.”
The revelation immediately caused uproar on social media, as football fans reacted to the surprising link between Jaruma and Africa’a richest footballer.
But while the FECAFOOT president and four-time African Player of the Year was named outright, Jaruma refused to disclose the identity of the vice president, fuelling a frenzy of speculation across Nigerian social media.
Eto'o is currently married to Georgette.
Georgette is the mother of Siena and Lynn, who both live with her in Paris.
Jaruma’s “Spiritual Husbands” claim
Jaruma went even further in her comments, describing Nigerian politicians as untouchable figures.
She said:
“Nigerian politicians are like spiritual husbands. You cannot mention their names, even if they’ve been in your life.”
The cryptic remark has sparked rumours over which political heavyweight could be involved, though no names have been confirmed.
The declaration has only added fuel to speculation, with many suggesting that both Eto’o and the unnamed politician may have played a part in funding her early years of luxury.
Neither Samuel Eto’o nor any Nigerian political figures have responded publicly to Jaruma’s revelation.
