Super Eagles-eligible goalkeeper Kingdom Osayi extends clean sheet record to 630 minutes
Doma United goalkeeper Kingdom Osayi is not only writing his name in history books in the NPFL but also standing out from the crown after extending his clean sheet record in the Football League.
Osayi’s resilience and skill came to the fore again as he helped Doma United see off Niger Tornadoes following a narrow 1-0 win on Saturday.

The Super Eagles prospect has now gone 630 minutes, seven matches, without conceding a goal in the NPFL with his high-flying club, United.
Doma hosted Tornadoes in one of three fixtures slated for matchday 11 in the NPFL on Saturday.
Nelson Adam was the hero for the Savannah Tigers after his goal in the first half of added time proved decisive as the winner at the Pantami Stadium.
The victory not only saw Doma return to the top of the standings but also ensured Osayi extended his clean sheet record to seven consecutive matches.
Doma’s goalkeeper and his defenders have not conceded a single goal since Ibadan Warriors Shooting Stars smashed three past them in a thrilling affair back in Oct 29, 2023.
While the streak started slowly and quietly, Osayi has gone on to prove it’s no fluke with some eye-catching performances against some of the big boys in the league.
He has kept clean sheets against defending champions, Enyimba, contenders Remo Stars, former champions Akwa United and Plateau United, and Bendel Insurance in that time
