A 99th-minute penalty from Alexis Mac Allister was sufficient to earn Brighton all three points against Manchester United on Thursday night.
Having lost that game, United must now be looking nervously over their shoulders in terms of qualifying for the Champions League, as Liverpool sit just four points behind them.

“We have every time in the season when we had a defeat then we bounced back. I count on my team, we have to do it again,” he said following the game.
“There is no time to stay in this, in one hour we move onto the game against West Ham. Prepare them and make a good plan.
“The players have to take responsibility and I count on them and they can do that.”
The Red Devils still have Champions League qualification in their hands and will be looking to get back to winning ways as soon as possible.
