‘The top is meant for everyone’ - Super Eagles eligible youngster reveals Osimhen’s advice

The Nigerian-born winger has caught the attention of the Super Eagles star while playing for Alanyaspor U19.

Akinlosotu's bond with the Napoli loanee strengthened after a Super Lig match against the Yellow Reds in March. 

The Super Eagles star scored the winning goal in the game, resulting in a 2-1 loss for their team on their home ground.

The 19-year-old Alanyaspor wonderkid expressed his genuine admiration for the Galatasaray striker, describing the  "great leader" as the true embodiment of greatness, both on and off the field.

According to Shina Oludare on X, he said, "After our match against Galatasaray, Osimhen reached out to me and that moment meant everything. Since then, we’ve built a special bond.

"He checks in on me, encourages me and always tells me to do whatever it takes to reach the top. In his words, 'the top is meant for everyone, not just me.

"Osimhen isn’t just a great leader, he’s the embodiment of greatness. His words and actions continue to inspire me every single day. 

"Off the pitch, he’s an incredible person - humble, kind, and full of light. It’s no surprise everyone loves him. His personality is just as powerful as his presence on the field."

Osimhen is currently leading the goalscorer chart with 21 goals while also leading Okan Buruk’s team in their pursuit of a record 25th league title.
