Tiwa Savage set to thrill over 20,000 fans at 2nd edition of Gamer8 Esports concert in Saudi Arabia
The second edition of the Gamer8 Esports tournament gets underway this July in the beautiful city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Gamers8 is the largest festival and destination for participants, gamers, esports enthusiasts and fans around the world.
Organized by the Saudi Esports Federation, the competition takes place from July to September each year.
This year’s edition is titled 'Gamers8: The Land of Heroes'.
As expected, Esports events and tournaments will be held at all levels of professional cups and amateur cups, along with influencer and community challenges, many events and the presence of many stars.
The prize pool for the 2023 edition of Gamers8 has also increased to a whopping $45 million as compared to last year’s $25,000,000.
Throughout the competition there will be weekly concerts on weekends from local artists to Arab artists in the Middle East, as well as International artists and DJs.
Tiwa Savage set to perform at Gamers8 Concert in Saudi Arabia
Multi-Award winning Nigerian singer, songwriter and performer Tiwa Savage has been confirmed on the line up of artistes that will take centre stage in Saudi Arabia’s Esports showpiece this month.
The ‘Stamina’ crooner will be performing this Friday, July 7, at the 22,000 capacity Mohamed Abdo Theatre in Riyadh Boulevard.
Tiwa Savage will perform alongside Norwegian DJ and record producer Alan Walker, Arabian House DJ Vinyl Mode, and Saudi Arabian singer Rabeh Saqra
Tiwa Savage will become the second Afrobeat artistes to headline at a music concert in Saudi Arabia after Wizkid who took centre stage in the maiden edition.

The beautiful Nigerian songstress also becomes the first female Afrobeat artiste to perform at the world’s largest Esports concert.
Other artistes slated to perform include Grammy-Award-winning rapper Macklemore who will headline on July 14, before Imagine Dragons take centre stage on July 28.
This year’s tournament will include DOTA 2, Tekken, Fortnite, Rocket League, Rainbox 6 Siege & PUBG Mobile.
