A closer inspection reveals that Victor Osimhen’s penchant for opulence extends to his mode of transportation, particularly when it involves flying down to Nigeria for personal or national team engagements.
Despite not owning a private jet himself, Osimhen spares no expense in securing the lavish comforts of the N10JM Falcon 2000, his preferred aircraft for traversing the skies.
The N10JM Falcon 2000, renowned for its exclusive amenities and luxurious accommodations, boasts a capacity for up to 10 passengers and requires a two-person crew for operation.
With a maximum operating altitude of 47,000 feet and a normal cruise speed of 459 knots (528 mph), this prestigious aircraft is the definition of both efficiency and extravagance.
According to Paramount Business Jets, the rental cost for this esteemed jet stands at ₦10.4 million ($6,500) per hour.
This is because the N10JM Falcon 2000 has total variable costs of US $1,820,250, total fixed costs of US $892,179, and an annual budget of US $2,712,429 which eventually breaks down to around ₦9.1million ($6,027.62) per hour.
However, for Victor Osimhen, excellence comes at a premium.
Pulse Sports gathered exclusively that the Super Eagles striker shells out no less than ₦114.4 million (equivalent to US $71,500) every time he embarks on a journey from Naples to Nigeria aboard the N10JM Falcon 2000.
This princely sum covers a one-way trip encompassing approximately 11 hours of flight time, inclusive of a fuel stop along the route, subject to availability and positioning constraints.
The N10JM Falcon 2000 is the same jet he used to fly down to-and-fro Morocco in December 2023, to receive the prestigious CAF Player of the Year award after a record-breaking campaign with Napoli.
However, Osimhen mostly flies private on few occasions like when he comes back home to Nigeria for the holidays, a personal engagement or to visit his family.
Despite his recurrent extravagance in chartering private jets, Victor Osimhen remains well within the financial realm of owning a private jet himself.
Thanks to the lucrative earnings from his recent contracts (inclusive of bonuses), the prospect of acquiring a Light Jet becomes a tangible possibility.

The price of a jet depends on the production year.
