Victor Osimhen will return to Napoli after Galatasaray loan - Nigerian journalist
Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen is poised to return to his parent club, Napoli, after his highly productive loan spell with Turkish giants Galatasaray.
The Nigerian international has been in sensational form in Istanbul, boasting an impressive tally of 33 goals and eight assists in eight appearances for Galatasaray.
Osimhen himself has publicly expressed his contentment at the club, noting his and his family's smooth adaptation to life in Turkey since his arrival in September 2024.
Despite his evident fondness for Galatasaray, a permanent stay appears unlikely.
According to Nigerian football journalist Buchi Laba, who maintains close ties with Osimhen's representatives, the loan agreement between Napoli and Galatasaray does not include an option to buy.
This is very false.

- At the end of the day,Victor Osimhen will 100% return to Napoli because it’s a full season loan with no buyback option & he’s mandated to report back to his parent club. What’s certain is that he won’t stay back at Napoli. There’s no confirmation or Nothing. https://t.co/0rVm5ecYUm
This contractual obligation necessitates the 26-year-old forward's return to Naples once the Turkish Super Lig season concludes in June 2025.
However, Osimhen's future beyond his return to Napoli remains a significant topic of discussion.
