Teaming up with Michelob ULTRA, the 36-year-old Inter Miami star made his debut in a star-studded commercial ahead of Super Bowl LVIII. 

Joined by actor Jason Sudeikis and Hall of Fame quarterback Dan Marino, Messi took center stage in a beach-themed ad that encapsulates joy, athleticism, and spontaneity.

In the 60-second "Superior Beach" spot, viewers are treated to a delightful scene where Lionel Messi indulges in a pick-up game of beach soccer while awaiting a Michelob beer. 

Jason Sudeikis provides witty commentary, while Dan Marino's iconic arm strength is playfully referenced. 

Despite the soccer-centric theme in an American football-centric event, the ad resonates with its celebration of life's simple pleasures.

 Messi's involvement in the Super Bowl campaign marks Michelob's continued investment in soccer ahead of the  Copa América USA 2024.

Following Super Bowl LVIII, Michelob ULTRA sets its sights on Copa América USA 2024, where it serves as the official global beer sponsor.

 This prestigious tournament, featuring 16 teams from CONMEBOL and CONCACAF, will take place across 14 host cities in the United States from June 20 to July 14. 

Messi's Argentina are currently the reigning champions, adding a layer of significance to Michelob's partnership with the eight-time Ballon d’Or.

Meanwhile, BoardRoom reports that Michelob plans to elevate the Super Bowl experience with a star-studded party in Las Vegas, promising performances by artists like Lil Wayne, T-Pain, and Alesso, along with hosts Alex Morgan and Dan Marino.
