It was head coach Abdallah Mubiru's second win in four games, having also trumped Gaddafi FC 6-1 at Lugogo last week.
KCCA are now 13th on the 16-team log with 10 points out of a possible 33 in the 2023/24 season.

On the evening, KCCA exhibited a show of dominion from start to finish, a thing that has eluded them on several occasions this season.
Before Arafat broke the deadlock, they had created multiple chances in the first half, but Moses Waiswa and Carlos Da Cungulo both missed decent opportunities.
Waiswa also had his freekick superbly tamed by goalkeeper Derrick Were to head into halftime at just 1-0.
The second half wasn't different, as the hosts attacked with purpose and intent before Shaban and Loki dispatched late on.
Following the result, KCCA will now face tougher opposition from rival SC Villa in their next match on December 22 at the Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.
On the other hand, Bright Stars, who are 11th with as many points, will host UPDF FC in Kavumba.
