We are not favourites against Chelsea — Jurgen Klopp declares ahead of Carabao Cup final

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has said his team should not be considered favourites when they face Chelsea at Wembley on Sunday.

Two English giants Liverpool and Chelsea will clash in the final of the Carabao Cup at Wembley Stadium on Sunday.

The game will be a rematch of the 2022 final when Liverpool won on penalties after a goalless 120 minutes, and several missed chances.

As far as the media and fans are concerned, the Reds, who sit top of the Premier League table should claim victory on Sunday.

Klopp believes Liverpool are not favourites against Chelsea

However, Klopp believes Chelsea have improved, and will be a dangerous opponent in the final.

The Liverpool boss told BBC Sport: “Will we be big favourites? Definitely not.

“Since we played against them (Chelsea), they have improved a lot and it will be tricky, and a difficult game."
