'We'll see what happens in two years' - Steph Curry gives hint on his NBA future
Curry has been one of the best basketball players of his generation and also a key member of the Golden State Warriors team.
Following several years in the NBA and mainly known for his accurate three-point shots, the basketball star has spoken about his future.
Curry discussed his NBA future and when he plans to retire
The NBA's all-time leading three-point scorer was asked about his retirement plans. Curry responded that he doesn't have a specific timeline in mind and is taking his career two years at a time, coinciding with the length of his current contract.
He expressed hope that the decision about his future will be his own, based on his physical condition. He emphasised his commitment to maintaining a high level of play and focusing on the present, leaving his options open for what happens in two years.
"I don't know what the future holds, I'm just taking it two years at a time. That's what I have left on my contract. Hopefully, I'm in a situation, physically, where I have the choice and it's not decided for me.
"I'm doing everything I can to stay agile, stay active, and play at a high level. I'm trying to stay in the moment and we'll see what happens in two years," as reported by Abola.
