Yunus Sentamu preaches unity amidst Vipers' current struggles
Two successive defeats are not a common occurrence at Uganda Premier League champions Vipers SC, and it causes alarm when it comes around.
After losing to direct competitors BUL FC 3-2 last week, the Venoms suffered a 2-0 defeat to Express FC on Saturday at the Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.
The ugly events, which also included Vipers parting ways with head coach Leo Neiva, have sparked talks of a crisis at the club.
Main talisman Yunus Sentamu has thus called for togetherness at the club and the fans as they look to turn the fortunes around.
"It always hurts us all to lose, but the key to success in the long-term is to stick together even after disappointment," Sentamu said on his social media handles.
"We need you with us for our big challenges in front because that way, we are stronger."

The defeat to Express had Vipers suffer a major setback in their battle to defend the title they've won twice on the bounce and six in history.
In fourth on the table with 24, they sit eight points adrift of leaders BUL, who beat Busoga United 1-0 on Thursday.
The Venoms will seek to bounce back from the slump when they host NEC FC in their subsequent game at the St Mary's Stadium, Kitende on Wednesday.
