The 16-year-old and the rest of the Young Lions will take on Faroe Islands, Kosovo and hosts Croatia over the next week.

Young Englishman with Ugandan roots, Divine Mukasa, has been summoned to England's U17 team to play in the forthcoming Euro qualification matches in November.

Mukasa, only in the recent transfer window, was signed by Pep Guardiola's Manchester City from Westham.

The 16-year-old and the rest of the Young Lions will take on Faroe Islands, Kosovo and hosts Croatia over the next week.

And the team has travelled to Croatia, where they will play the three games.

The top two in each of the 13 groups, plus the five third-placed teams with the best records against those who have qualified from their pool, will secure a spot in the elite round.

March’s elite round will then determine the 15 teams who will join hosts Cyprus at the UEFA U17 EURO finals.

Meanwhile, Divine Mukasa was born to a Ugandan father, Sam Mukasa and English national Laima Mukasa.

Since joining Manchester City, he has played one game for the club's U18 team, featuring as Nottingham Forest beat them 4-3 on October 28.
