African excellence was on display as Wilfred Ndidi, Abdul Issahaku, and Pascal Daka combined to inspire four-star Leicester City to an emphatic win against Plymouth.
In a friendly yet competitive moment on the pitch, Leicester City’s African contingent led by Nigeria’s Wilfred Ndidi took time out to playfully rebuke his teammate from Ghana, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku.
The duo was in top shape and form alongside Zambia’s Patson Daka as Leicester continued to push for Premier League promotion with a comprehensive 4-0 thrashing of Plymouth in the Championship.

Ndidi’s Pidgin English rant
Amidst the jubilation following the decisive and impressive victory for the Foxes, Nigeria’s Ndidi was caught on camera rebuking Issahaku for not passing in Pidgin English.
The Super Eagles star was on the scoresheet alongside Daka, who assisted Ndidi’s goal before getting on the scoresheet, while Issahaku picked up two assists, including one for the goal netted by Zambia’s striker, Daka.
However, despite a good day at the office, defensive midfielder, Ndidi, was not unhappy with the timing and weight of a pass from his Ghanaian teammate.
“Ball wey you go pass since,” Ndidi stated in a video posted by the club’s official account on Twitter.
“Wey you go pass small make i score,” Ndidi added.
The Ghanaian forward defended himself by telling the Nigerian he should not have moved.
“If you stand there, i go give you,” he retorted.
Zambia’s striker Daka was also not left out of the playful scene as the trio later laughed it off before appreciating the fans for their support.
Meanwhile, Leicester’s latest win saw them extend their unbeaten run to four matches after three wins and a draw.
The Foxes also returned to the top of the table, with just a point separating them and newly promoted side Ipswich Town in the Championship.
