Who will win the Premier League title this season? Ex-footballers and legends have their say.

Ex-Liverpool and Manchester City goalkeeper David James has ruled Arsenal out of the Premier League title race, claiming that the real fight will be between Man City and Liverpool.

James has called it a "two-horse race," despite the Gunners' phenomenal run of form since their mid-season break.

The ex-England goalkeeper doesn't believe Mikel Arteta's side is "good enough" to become league champions for the first time since 2004.

David James rules Arsenal out of title race

Arsenal are currently second in the standings, two points behind Liverpool, who defeated Sheffield United 2-1 on Thursday night.

The former shot-stopper said to Mirror Football: "Personally, I think it's a two-horse race.

"This is going to sound really bizarre, and I know Arsenal are in there and I know they are winning games, but I don't think Arsenal are good enough to win the title. And I say that with respect.

"I think this is between Manchester City and Liverpool to the point that even if Arsenal are still mathematically capable of winning the title with a few games to go, it's not that they're going to win it.

With just 3 points separating the three sides, this is shaping up to be the most keenly contested title race in Premier League history.
