Leicester City are reportedly resigned to losing Belgian midfielder Youri Tielemans at the end of the season after he turned down the chance to sign a new deal.
Youri Tielemans is coming to the end of his four-year deal with Leicester City, having joined them on a permanent deal in July 2019 as one of the most highly-rated young midfielders in Europe.
