Jurgen Klopp's agent has ruled out any possible move away from Anfield for the Liverpool manager this summer.

Several reports have linked Klopp with the role of German national team manager after a lot of poor performance in previous tournaments.

Under Flick, the German national team has had a terrible recent run of form, winning only four of their last 16 games.

Despite the fact that they have already qualified for Euro 2024 because they are the hosts, the terrible run has caused some German FA members to get anxious.

However, Klopp's agent has said that the German will stay at Liverpool and has ruled out the chance of the Liverpool boss replacing Hansi Flick as Germany's national team manager.

Klopp not leaving Liverpool

Jurgen Klopp has been linked with the German national team coaching job but his agent has denied any possibility of him leaving Liverpool this summer.

Klopp's agent has already downplayed rumours that he would leave Anfield and replace Flick. Marc Kosicke told BILD as reported by the Mirror "Jürgen has a long-term contract with the LFC and the DFB has a national coach, so it's not an issue for us."

Also, according to Romano Fabrizio's tweets, Jürgen Klopp's agent Marc Kosicke has denied any connections to a position with the German national team.

Klopp wants to continue with Liverpool next season as they look to recover from a bad 2022/2023 season in which they failed to challenge for the title.

Hansi Flick need to be replaced

Whether Klopp is available or not, German veteran Didi Hamann feels the time is ripe to make a change.

Hansi Flick, the current manager of Germany's national team, is being considered to be replaced by Klopp.

The former Liverpool star told Sky Germany as reported by the Mirror, "The danger that this will go wrong with him is so great that you have to act now. It's going in the wrong direction at a huge pace. [He has] lost the trust of the players.

"If it's right in the team, then the boys do it themselves because they say: 'We'll go through fire for him'. That's not the case at the moment. We've been muddling around for years and think we're the best and greatest.

"But the fact is that we've fallen so far behind. It can't get any worse than it is at the moment, which is why I would also greet Julian Nagelsmann with a kiss on the hand.

"Of course, it's a situation for me that I've never experienced in this form before. I really, really enjoy winning games. And I really hate losing. I have said that I will go down this path uncompromisingly in June.

"I can train with the best players in Germany. I have a super team around me. I just enjoy preparing a team for a tournament. If we put it in a nutshell, it went wrong. What we tried didn't work out in this form."
