They take on a side that has picked two league wins and a draw off them in the last five meetings stretching to the 2020/21 season.

Despite their struggles in the Uganda Premier League this season, KCCA FC head coach Abdallah Mubiru is far from a worried man as they host Soltilo Bright Stars FC.

The two will lock horns under the MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo floodlights on Tuesday, with three points at stake.

KCCA has lost seven of their ten games in the league this season, leaving them second from bottom with seven points out of a possible 30.

They take on a side that has picked two league wins and a draw off them in the last five meetings stretching to the 2020/21 season.

However, Mubiru is not bothered as he insists his team can only focus on themselves if they are to pick a positive result.

"We respect them (Bright Stars), know how prepared they are and what they think inside of them, but we're not a small team," Mubiru said in his pre-match interview.

"Much as things are not moving the way we want, we should not worry so much about Bright Stars," he added.

Bright Stars sit five places above KCCA on the table as they are tenth with 11 in 10 games this season.

"What we're trying to do is improve our confidence levels, our performance levels. We don't need to mind much about them," Mubiru reiterated.

"We know they're a good team, respect them, they have big ambitions, but of course we're bigger than them," he added.

"We're still struggling with consistency and results, so we come into the game tomorrow to try and do everything we can for the three points."

KCCA come into the game off an agonizing 2-1 defeat to Mbarara City FC, a result that had Mubiru lambast both his players and the match officials.
