2023 Netball World Cup: She Cranes' sisters feeling blessed ahead of maiden World Cup appearance
Sisters Margret Baagala and Norah Lunkuse are heading for their first World Cup after they both made the final list to represent the She Cranes in Cape Town.
Speaking to Pulse Sports, the sisters revealed that it is a blessing that both of them are heading for the tournament and hope to impress on the World stage.
"Being sisters in the national team setup is a big opportunity, and we consider it to be a blessing from God and am so proud of us as we are going to represent the country," Lunkuse told this website.
Baagala added: "It is a blessing for both of us to be on the same team as it is sporadic for siblings to be representing their country in the same sport and tournament like the World Cup.”
