A stars' affair as 'boxers' Bobi Wine, Deontay Wilder meet

Singer-turned politician Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine is an ardent lover of boxing as he is not only a fan, but a boxer as well.

In a photo making headlines, the National Unity Platform party president was seen with American boxer and former WBC Heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder.

This was during his recent visit to the United States with his family, where he launched a documentary termed "Bobi Wine The People's President" at the Wallis Annenberg Center for Performing Arts in Beverly Hills

Bobi Wine is a boxer himself, who even had and won a boxing fight via knockout, in 2008 against Sudanese native Mohammed Swalley.

He has time and again been recorded during boxing workouts with his children and wife, Barbie Itungo Kyagulanyi.

Meanwhile, Wilder holds a 43-02 record in professional boxing, where 42 of his victories have been knockouts.
