Alozie and Young John: Music meets Football as Super Falcons star chills backstage with ‘Wicked producer’

Super Falcons’ defender Michelle Alozie continued to show her fun side and affiliation with the Nigerian music scene after being spotted with music producer John Saviours Udomboso, popularly known as “Young John the Wicked Producer.”

Alozie has not shied away from the public eye since gaining popularity as one of the stars of the Super Falcons’ 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup campaign.

In her latest sighting, Alozie was seen backstage with Young John, reportedly backstage at the Mainland Block Party, where another of the Houston Dash star’s favourite artists, Davido, also performed.

Alozie has been open about her admiration for both Davido and Young John in the past, gifting the duo jerseys at different points in the recent past, and would no doubt have been excited to meet her faves once again.

The Super Falcons defender is currently enjoying her post-season break after ending the 2023 National Women’s Soccer League season with the Houston Dash.

The 26-year-old star was a key part of the Houston Dash team last season, helping her team’s cause with four goals in 18 appearances.

With the 2024 NWSL season not kicking off until March 2024, the defender/forward will get the chance to recuperate extensively ahead of what she will be hoping will be an even better season for her.
