Barcelona reach agreement for Araujo
Barcelona are said to have reached an agreement with La Galaxy for the signing of Julian Araujo.
The 21-year-old Mexico international full-back had his formative years in the Barca Residency Academy USA before moving to the LA Galaxy; he is now set to join Barcelona, subject to a sign-off from MLS.

The deal is said to be worth close to €4 million, with Barcelona planning to register Araujo under Barca Athletic, formerly Barca B.
The Blaugrana took a bit of time to reach an agreement with the MLS club, with whom they already have a relationship following the transfer of Riqui Puig to Los Angeles.
Following an agreement with both parties, the Catalan giants would now have to wait for MLS to sign off on the deal.
Barcelona have searched for a long-term right-back since the exit of Dani Alves, with players like Sergino Dest and Nelson Semedo, and even a second spell for Alves himself, signed in the hopes of filling the big boots left by the Brazillian.
Semedo has since left for Wolves in the Premier League, and Dest is currently on loan at AC Milan.
Barcelona signed Bellerin on a free transfer in the summer to provide cover in the right-back position; the Spaniard has now left for Sporting Lisbon on a permanent move. With no natural right-back to call upon, Barcelona went in search of a right-back, and they have now agreed on a deal for Araujo.
