Barcelona team taunt Real Madrid following Vinicius Jr’s Ballon d’Or loss, celebrate Rodri’s win

At Santiago Bernabeu, at the weekend, the Catalans thrashed Los Blancos 4-0, demonstrating their dominance this season.

After the El Classico loss, Real Madrid were also hit by the news that Vinicius Jr. lost the Ballon d'Or award to Rodri.

The news has only made Catalonia more joyful since and are currently celebrating Real Madrid's loss.

According to SPORT update, the Barcelona locker room rejoiced when Rodri was announced the winner of the Ballon d'Or award.

The Barcelona dressing room were reportedly aware of the outcome from internal sources long before it was reported in the press, but they were sceptical.

Dani Olmo, Lamine Yamal, and Pau Cubarsi, who were part of the Barcelona delegation that flew to Paris for the event, subsequently confirmed that the rumours were accurate based on their information from the location.

Media outlets also confirmed that the Barcelona locker room celebrated Rodri's win and Vinicius Jr.'s loss.

Meanwhile, Barcelona star Lamine Yamal also took home the Kopa Trophy that evening after an impressive outing at the Euros.
