Brighton vs Liverpool Head to Head

Brighton have avoided defeat in each of their last three home matches against Liverpool,  including a 2-1 FA Cup victory in January 2023.

However, the Reds won the most recent defeat between both sides, picking up a 2-1 at Anfield last season.

Liverpool will be without Harvey Elliott (foot), Alisson Becker (hamstring) and Diogo Jota (abdominal), while Federico Chiesa (fitness) and Conor Bradley (unspecified) are both doubtful.

Given that it is a cup game, Wataru Endo and Jarell Quansah could get a place in the starting lineup.

Brighton will be without several key players for their upcoming match. Georginio Rutter is cup-tied, while Joao Pedro remains sidelined with an ankle injury.

Additionally, Solly March (knee), Yankuba Minteh (muscle), Matt O'Riley (ankle), Adam Webster (thigh), and James Milner (thigh) are all out due to injuries.

The Seagulls are also uncertain about the availability of captain Lewis Dunk, who suffered a calf injury during the warm-up on Saturday. Jack Hinshelwood is another doubt due to a minor issue.
