According to the football governing body, CAF, the Rivers State side will find out who they will battle next in the last eight on Wednesday.
Of the eight teams that made it to the knockout stage, United will most likely face three.

United to pocket millions
In a related development, the NPFL champions are set for a cash windfall following their progress in the CAFCC.
The Pride of Rivers are the only Nigerian team left in CAF competitions and the team has made it to the quarterfinals.
As a reward for making it to the lucrative stage of the competition, United will rake in $350, 000, which is about N161,115,500.00 per Nigeria Football League.
Stanley Eguma and his boys, who will find out their next opponents in the competition, are looking to go as far as possible as they look to bring home the coveted prize.
United switch focus to FA Cup
With the CAFCC quarterfinal spot sealed, the defending champions of the NPFL will switch their attention to the Nigeria domestic scene.
Up next for the Pride of Rivers is to secure a place in the final of the Rivers State FA Cup in a bid to reach the national final.
United will take on Wilbros FC on Wednesday at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium in Port Harcourt for a place in the final.
It was another hat-trick-inspired performance, this time from Ifeanyi Francis as Rivers United recorded another brilliant result in the FA Cup.
Francis netted an excellent hat-trick as Rivers United booked a ticket to the last four after an emphatic 4-1 win over Rivers United Feeders in the quarterfinal on Wednesday afternoon.
The NPFL champions were too good for their junior boys after scoring two goals in either half to advance to the semifinals.
The game was also played inside the main bowl of the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium with a full-strength United side.
