Chelsea & Atletico flop Joao Felix edging closer to Barcelona move

Joao Felix is finally getting his wish to join Barcelona if the latest reports are to be believed.

According to Spanish outlet Marca, the Catalan giants have been locked in talks with Atletico Madrid and look to have reached a resolution.

The report states that the 23-year-old Portuguese international will be a Barça player as soon as the personal guarantee provided by the club is approved by La Liga

Felix reportedly failed to train with Atletico on Friday morning and the expectation is that a deal will be completed soon.

Despite showing some glimpses of promise during his loan spell at Chelsea last term, it is hard to argue with Chelsea's decision not to make the move permanent.
