The ex-Chelsea defender retired from professional football in 2018 and has held senior coaching roles at Leicester and Aston Villa but is set for his first job as a manager.
According to the Daily Mail, the 42-year-old has agreed a deal to become manager of Saudi Pro League outfit Al Shabab.
According to the report, Terry was first approached a month ago and offered a two-year deal, which he has now accepted.
The finer details are yet to be completed but an announcement is expected to be made imminently.
