Dan Azeez celebrates 1st fight in Nigeria

British-Nigerian boxer Dan Azeez has celebrated a a triumphant return to his ancestral homeland.

Azeez was on the main card at the "Chaos in the Ring" event in Lagos, Nigeria.

The former Commonwealth light-heavyweight champion delivered a dominant performance to thrill the fans in attendance.

He secured a technical knockout (TKO) victory over Sulaimon Adeosun in the fourth round.

The fight marked Azeez's first bout in Nigeria which ensures a connection to his roots with his father's presence ringside.

Dan Azeez has now taken to social media to celebrate his accomplishment.

He posted a series of photos and videos from the event on his official social media platforms.

Along with the post was a message that said, "Incredibly proud to have stepped into the ring on Nigeria’s Independence Day in Lagos.
